CC Low Noise Rolly
High-quality pallets on wheels – for modular packaging
The CC Low Noise Dolly (rolling ¼ pallet) and CC Low Noise
Rolly (rolling ½ pallet) have been developed especially for
transporting modular packaging (crates, cardboard boxes, plastic
trays for bottled drinks etc.) and match all European standard measures.
The ¼ pallet can carry up to 200 kg and the ½ pallet
can carry up to 400 kg. To ensure protec- tion from corrosion, the
rolling pallets are made from hot dip galvanised steel and can be
used or stored at temperatures ranging from -30°C to +70°C.
Can roll directly to the supermarket floor
The discreet construction of the pallets make them perfect carriers
of in-store displays. With the narrow profile in height they are
almost unnoticeable, so your products will be the eye-catchers –
not the pallets. And with everything moving on wheels, your products
can be rolled directly into the store from the backroom by one person
alone – even without lifting equipment. The rounded corners
provide safety in use and make it easy to position.
Low-noise deliveries
Tests by TNO (Netherlands Organization for Applied Scientific Research)
confirm that both pallets emit below 60 dB(A) when in use. They
therefore qualify for the Dutch PIEK certificate and may be used
for quiet deliveries in areas with nighttime noise restrictions.

What you get with the CC Low Noise Rolly

dimensions. The internal dimensions correspond to a ¼
Euro Pallet and a ½ Euro Pallet.

The CC Low Noise Dolly and CC Low Noise Rolly fulfil the Dutch
PIEK criteria for maximum noise levels for quiet night-time deliveries.
- Extra product protection. The external proportions
are wider than the internal, providing space to protect the carried
products.
- Ideal as a retail display carrier. Discreet
construction makes your products the eye- catchers – not
the load carriers. The pallets can be rolled directly into the
store.
- Safe to use. Smooth rounded corners provide
safety in use and make it easy to position. They match the rounded
corners of the CC Freshbox and the CC Eurocrate.
- Can endure dramatic changes in temperatures.
It can be used, stored or washed from -30° to +70°. The
shape and dimensions of the load carriers will remain unchanged.
- Ensures a cost-efficient return flow. For return
logistics, the CC Low Noise Dolly and CC Low Noise Rolly are stackable,
and the unique design ensures that a stack will not slide.
